Kotak Education Foundation (KEF) is seeking passionate Consultants – Training & Operations to contribute to its PM-SHRI initiative, delivering Foundational Literacy and Numeracy (FLN) training across PM-SHRI schools. This role blends strategic coordination, capacity-building, and grassroots implementation in districts such as Pune, Nashik, Thane, Palghar, and beyond.

Role in Focus: Consultant – Training & Operations (PM-SHRI Schools)
Primary Mission: Enable successful implementation of FLN training programs under KEF’s partnership with SCERT in 150 pilot PM-SHRI schools.
Location: Predominantly in Jalna, but may include travel across Pune, Nashik, Thane, Palghar, and Raigad.
Key Responsibilities:

Ideal Candidate: What KEF is Looking For
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education
- Experience: 5–8 years in teacher training, curriculum development, or similar educational roles
- Language Skills: Fluent in English and local language (e.g., Marathi); two-wheeler license preferred
- Core Skills: Strong communication, training delivery, interpersonal, critical thinking, and independent execution ability
- Tech Savvy: Proficient in MS Office, MIS systems, and comfortable using digital tools
