Kotak Education Foundation (KEF) is seeking passionate Consultants – Training & Operations to contribute to its PM-SHRI initiative, delivering Foundational Literacy and Numeracy (FLN) training across PM-SHRI schools. This role blends strategic coordination, capacity-building, and grassroots implementation in districts such as Pune, Nashik, Thane, Palghar, and beyond.

Role in Focus: Consultant – Training & Operations (PM-SHRI Schools)

Primary Mission: Enable successful implementation of FLN training programs under KEF’s partnership with SCERT in 150 pilot PM-SHRI schools.

Location: Predominantly in Jalna, but may include travel across Pune, Nashik, Thane, Palghar, and Raigad.

Key Responsibilities:

AreaTasks
Project CoordinationLiaise with DIET/SCERT, manage implementation of KEF-led activities, ensure program alignment
Stakeholder EngagementAct as the communication bridge with government officials and internal teams
Training DeliveryConduct large-scale training sessions for teachers, HMs, educational stakeholders
Operations SupportManage logistics, scheduling, events, academic and school operations
Documentation & ReportingMaintain detailed program records and generate progress reports
Budget ManagementSupport efficient allocation of project funds and compliance

Ideal Candidate: What KEF is Looking For

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education
  • Experience: 5–8 years in teacher training, curriculum development, or similar educational roles
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English and local language (e.g., Marathi); two-wheeler license preferred
  • Core Skills: Strong communication, training delivery, interpersonal, critical thinking, and independent execution ability
  • Tech Savvy: Proficient in MS Office, MIS systems, and comfortable using digital tools
